[À la carte retreat] - Catch your breath!

Time for yourself

Finding yourself again, catching your breath, welcoming a new momentum, reflecting on something important, making a decision: there are moments in our lives when it is good to pause and step back.

We can experience this alone… or alone, with others!

Every two months, the Tiers-lieu de l'Esvière offers the opportunity for a guided pause, in a warm setting, welcomed by a caring community.

Programme

The facilitation and accompaniment offered will be fully tailored to each person.

We will shape them based on what is stirring within each participant (the specific longings and expectations of each person).

Times will be freely offered throughout the weekend:

  • meditations, walks, and personal reflection
  • inspiring and life-giving input
  • workshops engaging the body (artistic expression, gardening, cooking)
  • sharing and convivial moments
  • prayers and celebrations
