Privacy, data protection, and freedom of information

‍The personal information (last name, first name, email addresses, etc.) that we collect comes from voluntary registration via the RITRIT form.

‍This information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

The association PRIXM - BERNARDINS, of which RITRIT is a part, is committed to scrupulously respecting the trust you place in it and to complying with the obligations of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to "data processing, files, and individual freedoms."

In accordance with Article 34 of the "Data Protection and Individual Freedoms" law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, correct, modify, and delete data concerning you. You may exercise this right at any time by writing to the team of the association PRIXM - BERNARDINS, which manages RITRIT, at the address contact@prixm.org.

Personal data retention period

Users' personal data is retained only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The main retention periods applied are as follows:

  • Booking-related data: retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of the last interaction or the end of the stay.
  • User account management data: retained until the account is deleted or 3 years after the last login.

Upon expiration of the defined retention periods or in the event of an explicit deletion request, personal data is deleted or anonymized in a secure and irreversible manner.

Cookies

Our website is designed to meet the needs of our users. For this reason, we make use of cookies.

Cookies are computer files stored on your computer's hard drive; their purpose is to record your visit to our site and gather information about your browsing. Cookies are therefore used by our site solely to improve the service provided to our visitors and subscribers.

You have the option to refuse cookies by configuring your Internet browser.

Hyperlinks

Hyperlinks on RITRIT pages may redirect to websites other than ritrit.com. The association PRIXM - BERNARDINS disclaims all responsibility in the event that the content of such websites violates applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

Contact forms

When you use our "Contact us" or "Join RITRIT" forms, we collect the information you provide (last name and first name, or name and host location, email address, phone number, message) as well as your browser language, in order to process your request and respond to it.

To prevent abuse and ensure the security of the service (legitimate interest), we also record, at the time of submission, your IP address and your browser's technical information (User-Agent). No geolocation data is collected.

This technical data (IP address and User-Agent) is automatically deleted after 30 days. The content of your message is retained for as long as necessary to process your request.

In accordance with the "Data Protection and Individual Freedoms" law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete this data by writing to contact@prixm.org.
