A wonder, me? But... of course

This very practical session can be experienced as a time of renewal and return to what matters most under the gaze of God.

The teaching approach will allow you to experience and integrate simple yet powerful tools that you can reuse once you return home.

The session follows the teaching approach of the "Décider sa vie" sessions and is led by Catherine Mouflard.

It aims to help you

• change the way you look at your daily life,
• find more momentum in your life,
• motivate yourself to take action,
• strengthen your self-confidence,
• become an active participant in your own life.

Supported by the prayer of the community, with generous free time and fraternal exchanges.

• Workshops of 2 to 3 hours in the morning,
• Afternoons and evenings free, to enjoy, among other things, the beauty of the Côte d'Emeraude.
• Outside of workshop hours, times of prayer offered by the community will be available at your own discretion.

• Full board.
• Bed linens and table napkins are provided.
• Please bring your own bath towels.
• Room with full bathroom facilities.

Contribution to expenses

• The financial contribution for full board is €546.
• For the session: €195 to be paid directly to the facilitator
