Adoration evening: finding the path to the heart
Come experience a time of adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament since 1898
Do you feel like you're going in circles in prayer? Are you unsure if God hears you or speaks to you? Are you overwhelmed by distractions when you begin to pray?
All of this is common in the spiritual life, and we therefore regularly need to ask the Lord as the disciples did, "teach us to pray."
Drawing from the teaching of the Catholic Church, the Benedictine Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre offer you a time of teaching, followed by a time of liturgical prayer (Compline) and a time of nocturnal adoration to help you find the path to your heart.
It is possible to have dinner and stay overnight (upon registration).

Programme
The evening is organized according to the following schedule:
- 6:00 PM: Vespers (for early arrivals).
- 7:00 PM: Dinner.
- 8:00 PM: Spiritual teaching on love of the Eucharist, abandonment to God's will, the Sacred Heart, the glorification of God, and prayer for priests.
- 9:15 PM: Compline.
- 9:30 PM: Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with the Divine Mercy Chaplet.
Practical information
- Arrival in the early evening, depending on your availability (possible from 6:00 PM for Vespers).
Getting there
Several Paris metro lines provide access (2-4-12) - Bus (40)
More practical, more eco-friendly and especially more fun, choose the Montmartre funicular which will take you to the top of the hill!
We really recommend the funicular, especially if your bike isn't electric
