Building self-esteem and self-confidence

This session can be experienced as a time of renewal or a retreat.

It follows the pedagogy of the "Décider sa vie" sessions and is led by Catherine Mouflard.

It aims to give you tools to

• better love yourself as you are,
• stop worrying about how others see you,
• act without fear of failure,
• find your place among others,
• know how to say "no!".

Supported by the prayer of the community, with generous free time and fraternal exchanges.

This is a concrete method: you will be able to experience and integrate simple, effective, and reusable tools to take home with you.

• Personal reflection time,
• sharing in pairs or small groups (everyone is free to speak or not),
• role-play scenarios,
• hands-on exercises.

The entire session takes place in a spirit of kindness, welcome for each person as they are, and confidentiality among participants.

• Full board.
• Bed linens and table napkins are provided.
• Please bring your own bath towels.
• Room with full bathroom facilities.

Contribution to expenses

• The financial contribution for full board during the workshop is €234 (accommodation + meals from Tuesday evening through Friday lunch, inclusive).
• For the session: €195, payable to the facilitator
