Discernment retreat on consecrated life for young women aged 18 to 25 with the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart
The retreat is intended for young women (students) aged 18 to 25 who are seeking to discern their vocation and state of life.
The goal of the session is to discern the call that God offers for one's choice of life.
- The call to Life,
- The call in the Bible,
- Personal prayer, silence, the Word of God, the Eucharist,
- Presentation of the congregation.
- The call to consecrated life.
The Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart draw their spirituality from contemplation of the mystery of Jesus Christ Crucified and his pierced Heart. From this source they draw their charism: redemptive love, deep benevolence, and apostolic zeal.
They share with the community a life of prayer, fraternity, and apostolate.
They embrace the mission of proclaiming God's love to every creature, becoming humble and fraternal messengers of his presence in the reality of every person.
