A weekend to rediscover inner balance through the Vittoz method
- Through the Vittoz method, very simply, a connection is made between the body and the mind, through breathing, movement, and voice.
- Within the fraternal and spiritual setting of the Maison Saint François community, the offices shared together and the caring exchanges are a source of renewal.
- The setting of the Côte d'Émeraude only adds to the experience.
Programme
This session is not a retreat in the strict sense, but a discovery session.
- Shared meals,
- session exercises,
- offices with the community,
- time to walk and enjoy the seaside.
All these activities are organized to allow for rest and renewal.
Practical information
- Full board.
- Bed linens and table napkins are provided.
- Please bring your own towels.
- Room with full bathroom facilities.
Contribution to expenses
- For Maison St François: €172 per person for the session on a full board basis.
- For the workshop: payment to the facilitators is made on-site, separately from accommodation. €310 for the session.
