Night of adoration - June
A night of adoration open to all
Offering an hour of presence to the Lord
Every first Friday of the month, a night of adoration is open to all. Come participate in the prayer relay with the community of sisters.
After the office of Compline, the Blessed Sacrament is exposed with the singing of the Litany of the Sacred Heart.
In the silence of the night, relay hour by hour to offer to the Lord Jesus an hour of presence and prayer for the Church and the world.
Programme
Schedule
- 7:00 PM: dinner at the guest house (registration required)
- 8:00 PM: introductory talk on the night of Adoration
- 9:00 PM: office of Compline followed by exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with the litanies of the Heart of Christ
- Hour-by-hour relay before the exposed Blessed Sacrament
- Between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM: breakfast
- 7:30 AM: Office of Readings followed by Lauds

Getting there
The nearest train station is Vernon-Giverny. The station is located 6 km from the Priory. To come by taxi: Take a taxi at the station (book in advance on Sundays and holidays). There is no bus service. For the more adventurous, the journey can be done on foot, allowing one hour of walking (approximately 6 km).
The Priory is 1 km beyond the church of Blaru, on the left toward Vernon, before the hamlet of Courcailles
You can try it, but there is some elevation change in the area
