A week of liturgical formation
The goal of the retreat is to have an experience:
- entering a different rhythm,
- immersing oneself in the prayer of the Church,
- helping one another focus on what truly matters.
The main themes covered will be:
- Entering into divine praise,
- The Word of God and Gregorian chant,
- Christian life and eternal life.

For young women ages 18 to 35.
Programme
Program at the abbey
- Preparation for the liturgy,
- introduction to lectio divina,
- teachings,
- group discussions,
- personal meeting with a nun,
- work within the enclosure.
Practical information
Retreatants sleep and take their meals at the guest house.
Bed linens and towels are provided!
Please bring practical clothing suitable for outdoor work.
The retreat begins on Monday at 5:00 PM and ends on Saturday at 3:00 PM.
The contribution to expenses is open, according to each person's means.
Getting there
Train
Train to Auray station, then by bus (small train to Plouharnel in summer).
Car
RD768 between Auray and Plouharnel, exit toward Carnac.
Bike
Take the opportunity to detour along the stunning Nantes-to-Brest canal.
