Reviewing your professional life
For believers and non-believers alike who, after several years of professional life, wish to take stock of where they stand, learn to make better use of their experiences, and step back from the daily routine.
After a few years, taking stock of your professional life
This session, based on reflection, can help you draw on your experiences by looking at how you have made your choices and what key decisions have shaped your professional life.
- How do you experience your professional relationships day to day, with your colleagues, and with your teams if you are in a leadership role?
- What matters to you and gives you a sense of meaning?
- What makes you feel alive?
In short, the aim is to shed light on what affirms your choices and direction, whether to deepen them or to dare ask yourself whether a professional change of course might help you move forward.
Reflective review is an important element of Ignatian pedagogy and spirituality, helping us move forward in a spirit of reconciliation.

Programme
- The sessions in the "Professional Life" track at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of reflective review, discernment, and listening to others, to oneself, and to the word of God.
- The goal is not to receive teachings, but to learn to draw more fully on our personal resources in order to choose freely.
- Each session takes place in a small group of around 8 people.
- An atmosphere of silence helps respect each person's journey, allowing time to settle and rest.
- The session alternates between times of personal reflection, group sharing, and free time to walk in nature.
- You benefit from daily personal accompaniment.
- A biblical text offered for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each stage.
- The rhythm of the Center's life is marked by times of communal prayer, Lauds, and the Eucharist.

There remains 2 km on foot for walkers or those not burdened by too much luggage, by road or by coastal path. The center can pick up people at the bus stop in Arradon upon request. And of course you can arrive or leave by taxi.
