Setting my course for the year! Discerning what matters, with God

Orienting your year

Relationships, work, family, commitments: identifying the moments not to miss in order to stay aligned with your deepest aspirations, and finding the means to respond to them.

This day fosters a unification of life.

After an introduction to the approach, you will have personal time to reflect on how to orient your year and what means and resources you choose to reach your goal.

Before the end of the gathering, you will begin to develop the document that will summarize your choices.

This time dedicated to planning the months ahead is an opportunity to bring clarity to your life and set markers along your life's path, both personally and professionally, according to the theme you decide on.

A participant's reflection:

"Taking a full day to face the year ahead allows me to be still and listen to my deepest desires for the coming year. I see this day as something of a gift in service of this life, which is the most precious thing we have received. So one day for a precious year — it's worth it!" Isabelle (Angers)
