Spiritual retreat: Between heaven and earth

• Silent meditation in the morning and evening
• Shared reading of the Gospel of Saint John
• Market gardening work in the afternoon (or morning depending on the temperature), in our organic garden, with the Eucharist celebrated at the Basilica.

With Brother Marie-Benoit, priest, facilitator of the Academy for Integral Ecology, and Louise Gosselin, contemplative life facilitator at the Maison de Tobie.

The retreat begins on the 23rd at 9:00 a.m. Arrival the evening before is possible. It ends on the 26th at 4:00 p.m.

A typical day:

• 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.: silent meditation and a walk in nature
• 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: work at the Jardins de Notre-Dame, with instructions from Anthony
• 12:30 p.m.: vegetarian lunch
• 2:30 – 5:00 p.m.: work and study of the Gospel of Saint John
• 5:00 – 7:30 p.m.: free time with the option to pray in the Basilica of Notre-Dame du Chêne and Eucharist at 6:30 p.m.
• 7:30 p.m.: dinner
• 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.: evening gathering, discussion on integral ecology and meditation.

• Bring gardening clothes, sturdy shoes, and a sleeping bag or sheets (available to rent for €5)
