Spirituality and hiking in Vercors - 3-day retreat

Setting out, physically and spiritually!

Each day will be organized, after the Lauds office and depending on the weather, around times of discovery of Ignatian prayer, experienced through Gospel texts, and times of walking in the surroundings of Léoncel.

The spiritual times are organized alternately with the walks. Walking takes place over a half-day, morning or afternoon depending on the weather.

The session is not held in silence; however, moments of silence will be requested during the walks, to encourage meditation or contemplation.

The day ends with a time of prayer.

Session led by Henri NAVE, a guide at the Jesuit spiritual eco-center of Châtelard (Francheville 69); he will be assisted by Agnès Igier, a volunteer from the Léoncel Animation Council for the walks.

Programme

  • The day runs from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Spirituality: times of teaching, prayer based on the Gospel, and sharing. Over a half-day and in the evening.
