- Led by Sister Ezechielle of the Fraternités Monastiques de Jérusalem and Guy Billoir, a watercolorist from Nantes
- The joy of sharing a passion with others in a beautiful natural setting. Discovering hidden talents.
- Open to beginner and advanced watercolorists
Programme
The theme will be light.
Friday the 19th: 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday the 20th: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM then 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Sunday the 21st: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM then 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Opportunity to participate in the liturgy of the monastic community
Practical information
Please bring sheets or a sleeping bag, towels, and clothing suitable for painting
Watercolor level: Please indicate when registering: beginner with materials / beginner without materials (+€20) / intermediate / advanced
Walking shoes for strolling in the forest; a musical instrument if you would like to play during the liturgy
Contribution to expenses for the Weekend:
€165 (full board and activities)
Materials provided for beginners +€20
Reduced rates available for those with modest incomes, to be arranged on-site with the guest mistress.
Getting there
The nearest train stations are Salbris and La Ferté-Imbault, both accessible by regional train (1h30 from Paris), a quarter of an hour's drive from the community (please contact them).
The community is located 1 hour by car from Orléans, Blois, and Bourges, 1h30 from Tours, and 2h15 from Paris.
A relatively flat area, ideal for a bike ride!
