Weekend "Cénacle for couples"

Who is it for?

• Married couples, couples preparing for marriage, or couples considering marriage.
• Couples with 0 to 50+ years of life together.
• Young, middle-aged, or senior couples.
• Couples who are parents or grandparents.
• Practicing or non-practicing couples; however, a basic catechetical background for each person is preferred.

During this kind of weekend, we invite couples to let the Holy Spirit rekindle the flame of their love, to allow Christ to heal and renew their covenant, and to receive the infinite blessing of God the Father upon their relationship and family.

Like thousands of couples over the past 20 years, try the experience of a Cénacle weekend: you will leave blessed, transformed, filled with joy and hope!

Dare to live a love that is greater, higher, stronger. Come and receive the Holy Spirit together: your conjugal love will burn with a new fire!

This weekend offers an alternation between:

• Talks on couple life and marriage drawn from the Word of God and the Magisterium of the Church, aimed at awakening, enlightening, and transforming the life of each couple
• Liturgies, times of praise or adoration, and the offering of "prayer with brothers" to open one's heart to God and allow the Holy Spirit to work from within
• Times of sharing as a couple to listen and speak to one another, to care for each other, and to take the time to welcome and love each other as we are
• The opportunity to meet with a priest (for listening or reconciliation) or with "listening couples"

Worth noting: the atmosphere of the weekend is one of kindness and gentleness, of prayer and silence, conducive to reflecting on one's life and listening to what the Lord speaks to the heart of each couple.

Important information:

• Nothing special is required: come as you are!
• If you wish, you may bring something to write with, and possibly a Bible.
• Practical details will be sent by the organizers in the confirmation email for your registration a few days before the retreat.
• If you have a special dietary requirement, please indicate it at registration so that it can be taken into account.

Suggested offering:

• €300 per couple, which covers the cost of full board and some organizational expenses (the couples serving during the weekend are volunteers).
• These costs should not be a barrier: generous donors show solidarity at the end of each Cénacle weekend to help cover the full board costs for those who cannot pay the full amount.
