Two days to discover the life of the Carmelite sisters — that is the program of this themed retreat!
It is a weekend of prayer and silence to:
- take stock of your life,
- open yourself to listening to God,
- receive accompaniment, if the retreatant wishes, for discernment.
The retreat theme will accompany you throughout the stay, with dedicated times for reflection.
This retreat is open to women aged 18 to 35 only.
Programme
Program
Upon arrival, a meeting is scheduled with the Prioress to shape the stay according to each person's expectations. All arrivals and departures are arranged according to the retreatants' possibilities, and a sister can come to pick you up at the Mont de Marsan train station if needed.
The retreat program includes: one or more Divine Offices, Masses, spiritual readings (lectio divina, rosary, mental prayer), a meeting with the sisters, and small activities if you need something to do.

Practical information
Lunches and dinners on site; bed linens provided.
Please bring a Bible and something to write with.
If needed, a sister can come to pick you up at the Mont de Marsan train station.
Suggested free-will offering at the end of the retreat
35 euros per day.
