ORA ET LABORA 2 - July 2026

This summer, we invite you to a brand-new and enriching experience: the ORA & LABORA weeks.

These weeks are an invitation to live an intense time to recharge and grow. Whether you are a regular or simply looking for a meaningful break in your summer, the ORA & LABORA weeks are made for you. ORA & LABORA is the perfect balance, inspired by the rhythm of an abbey, to help you (re)center yourself.

• ORA (Prayer): Times of liturgy and prayer to recharge and bring a spiritual breath to your day.
• LABORA (Service): A concrete and varied commitment where you put your hands and talents at the service of community life and the activities of the abbey.

For young people aged 18 to 35.

At the heart of an abbey's rhythm of life, this week will give you a taste of balance between prayer (liturgy, silence, praise...) and service with the Communauté du Chemin Neuf.

Times of formation will also punctuate the week to help you refocus on what truly matters!

• The nearest train station is the SNCF station in Culoz.
• We will send you practical information about schedules as the retreat approaches.
• Accommodation is on-site in a solid building.
• Remember to bring your bed sheets or your sleeping bag.

Financial contribution:

From €180 to €220 (money should not be an obstacle. Do not hesitate to contact us!)
