With St. Hildegard: rediscovering inner unity in communion with God, others, and the cosmos

The retreat begins on Monday, November 30 at 7:00 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM. The retreat ends on Sunday, December 6 at 10:00 AM, after the sending Mass.

A bodily practice is offered alongside the retreat. This practice aims to qualify earthly nourishment and to limit a good portion of what might be called superfluous foods, keeping to what is necessary in the manner of the "fast according to Saint Hildegard".

A 6-day preached retreat led by Father Dominique Bostyn.

• The retreat will be structured around teachings rooted in the Gospel and simple liturgies.
• It is recommended to bring your own Bible.
• We also remind participants that silence is essential to allow us to hear God's calls and to respect each person's journey.
• During free time, a good walk is highly recommended.

Important information

• Please bring your own bed sheets (or rent a set for €5), towels, a table napkin and its holder if possible, your medications, outdoor shoes for enjoying the countryside, your Bible (lending possible on site), and something to write with.
• Accommodation in single rooms; a few double rooms available. Pillowcases and blankets provided on site.
• The foyer de charité is located halfway between Toulouse and Bordeaux. We can pick you up at Agen train station if you are traveling by train.
• By registering, you commit to respecting each person's privacy and to participating in the retreat in its entirety.
