Privacy and data protection
The personal information (name, first name, email addresses, etc.) we collect comes from voluntary registration through the RITRIT form.
This information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
The PRIXM - BERNARDINS nonprofit, of which RITRIT is a part, is committed to strictly respecting the trust you place in us and to complying with the obligations of French Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to "information technology, files, and freedoms."
In accordance with Article 34 of the "Information Technology and Freedoms" Law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, modify, and delete your personal data. You may exercise this right at any time by writing to the PRIXM - BERNARDINS team, which manages RITRIT, at contact@prixm.org.

Personal data retention period
Users' personal data is retained only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The main retention periods are as follows:
- Reservation data: retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the last interaction or the end of the stay.
- User account data: retained until the account is deleted or 3 years after the last login.
Upon expiration of the defined retention periods or upon explicit request for deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized in a secure and irreversible manner.
