The Monasterio de San Benito is an abbey of Cistercian nuns (Cistercian Order, Congregation of Castile) in Talavera de la Reina, in the province of Toledo, Spain. It is the oldest monastery in the city: tradition places a women's community here as far back as the Visigothic era. In 1126, the Archbishop of Toledo had it transferred inside the city walls. In 1300, it adopted the Cistercian reform and took the name of San Benito.
The nuns run a monastic guest house on the road to Guadalupe, with single and shared rooms, study areas, and a refectory, open to those seeking silence to rest, study, or pray. A confraternity is associated with the monastery.
