The Monasterio de San Blas is a monastery of Dominican nuns located on Plaza San Blas, next to the Plaza Ducal de Lerma (province of Burgos, Castile and León, Spain). It was built in the early 17th century by the first Duke of Lerma, Francisco de Sandoval y Rojas, for a community of Dominican nuns who came from El Tovar, near Cifuentes. It was connected to the ducal palace, now a Parador, by an elevated passageway that disappeared in the 19th century.

The classical baroque building is part of the Lerma convent complex, listed as a site of cultural interest. The sisters produce ceramics and evangelization items sold in their shop, and share spiritual content online. Sources consulted do not describe any retreatant accommodation.
