The Monasterio de San Pelayo de Antealtares is a monastery of Benedictine nuns in Santiago de Compostela (province of La Coruña, Galicia, Spain), facing the cathedral. Antealtares was originally the first monastery of monks in Compostela, guardian of the tomb of the apostle. In 1499, the Benedictine nuns of fourteen Galician priories were brought together there: the community celebrated 525 years of its arrival in 2024.

The nuns, members of the Congregation of Santa Hildegarda, run a guest house for retreats and quiet stays. Their church is open and the liturgy may be attended. The monastery houses a sacred art museum and an artisan bakery.
