The Monasterio de Sancti Spiritus el Real is home to a community of contemplative Dominican nuns of the Santo Domingo federation, in Toro, in the province of Zamora (Castile and León, Spain). Provided for in the will of Portuguese noblewoman Teresa Gil in 1307, it is attested under the name Sancti Spiritus in 1316, the founding year recognized by the federation. It has been listed as a monument since 1943.
The monastery houses a sacred art museum, with 16th-century painted canvases and the tomb of Beatrice of Portugal, Queen of Castile. The sisters make traditional sweets sold on-site and online. The DeClausura directory lists a guest house.
