The Monasterio de Santo Domingo el Real is a monastery of contemplative Dominican nuns located in the old city of Toledo, in Castilla-La Mancha. It was founded in 1364 by Inés García de Meneses and was the first Dominican nuns' monastery in the city. It now belongs to the Federation of Santo Domingo.
The building is organized around three courtyards, including the patio del Rosal and the patio del Moral, and combines Mudéjar constructions from the late 14th century with a church built between 1566 and 1575. Saint Beatrice of Silva, foundress of the Conceptionists, lived there in the 15th century. The sources consulted make no mention of a guest house or shop.
