The Monasterio Madre de Dios is home to a community of contemplative Dominican nuns in Olmedo, in the province of Valladolid, in Castille-et-León. It was founded in 1527 by Francisca de Zúñiga, who donated her home, and the enclosure was established in 1528. The monastery is the seat of the Federación Madre de Dios, which brings together ten Dominican monasteries in mission territories across four continents.

The community solemnly chants the full Liturgy of the Hours and supports itself through needlework. Two nuns of the monastery, Teresita Pérez de Iriarte and Teresa María de Jesús Ortega, are the subjects of a cause for canonization. The sources consulted make no mention of a guest house.
