The Mosteiro de São Bento de São Paulo, abbey of Nossa Senhora da Assunção, is a monastery of Benedictine monks of the Brazilian congregation, on the Largo de São Bento, in the historic center of São Paulo (Brazil). It was founded on July 14, 1598. The current church, an abbatial basilica since 1922, was built from 1910 to 1914 based on plans by German architect Richard Berndl.

The monks celebrate the Divine Office in monastic rite and Mass every day, both in Gregorian chant, in the basilica which is open to the public. They welcome those who come to pray, seek spiritual guidance, or go to confession. The complex also includes the Colégio de São Bento and the Faculdade de São Bento.
