The Real Monasterio de Santo Domingo de Caleruega, in the province of Burgos (Castile and León, Spain), is home to a community of contemplative Dominican nuns of the Santo Domingo federation. It occupies the birthplace of Saint Dominic. The community, originally formed of Augustinian canonesses at San Esteban de Gormaz, became Dominican around 1219. In 1270, King Alfonso X brought them to Caleruega, to the Guzmán family home, which was converted into a monastery.

The sisters make artisan pasta in their workshop. They offer the opportunity to share the Eucharist in the choir with the community, upon request. The monastery has a guest house, a shop, and a sacred art museum.
