3-day spiritual retreat based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola
For anyone who wishes to discover or deepen their relationship with God through the Ignatian way of praying with Scripture.
Deepening one's relationship with God through Scripture
Three days to experience, through the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius, an encounter with the Lord in prayer while listening to his Word, and to learn to recognize him in one's personal life.
Personal accompaniment in a spiritual retreat based on the Exercises
The personal accompaniment we offer at Jesuit spiritual centers is inspired by the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. Through the review of daily prayer times using Scripture passages, and through a review of your life, it helps you to seek and find God in all things, to respond to your desire to better know Christ, and, while listening to the Word, to make choices for the future in order to better follow him.
What does this involve?
Spiritual accompaniment is a very ancient practice in the Church. It involves speaking with a brother or sister in faith about what shapes one's life and prayer, in order to discover God at work in every aspect of existence, with its shadows and its light. The spiritual director is a believer, also engaged in the same search for God and trained in Ignatian spiritual accompaniment. He walks alongside the person he accompanies, helping them to free themselves from whatever holds them back, at the stage of life they are in and in keeping with their vocation. The spiritual director and the person accompanied listen together to the Spirit. The spiritual director is bound by confidentiality.

This retreat is experienced in a group and in silence. It alternates between group time with guidance for prayer, short teachings, sharing, and times of personal prayer and individual accompaniment.
The rhythm of the center's life is marked by times of communal prayer, Lauds, and the Eucharist.
