A RETREAT IN SILENCE
The entire retreat is held in silence to allow each retreatant to enter into greater intimacy and attentiveness to Christ

A GUIDED RETREAT
Daily spiritual guidance is offered to each retreatant to help them recognize the movements of the Spirit and the way God speaks and works with them
