This retreat is offered to consecrated persons and adults who wish to deepen their spiritual life and allow themselves to be transformed by the Franciscan spirit.

Programme

Franciscan spirituality, deeply rooted in the contemplation of Christ, offers a path for living and loving the Gospel. This retreat invites participants to experience the Spiritual Exercises in the Franciscan tradition, with Father Henry Laudrin, who will guide us to:

  • Contemplate the figure of Christ through the eyes of Francis of Assisi: a Christ who is poor, humble, and crucified, but also the joyful Christ, brother of all creation.

  • Develop concrete practices so that the presence of the Lord permeates every dimension of our being and our daily life.

  • Discern the mysteries of Christ not as mere stories, but as living realities at work in our lives.

  • Experience the joy and freedom of evangelical poverty, simplicity, and the fraternity that characterize the Franciscan spirit.

The week is structured around times of teaching, personal meditation, silent prayer, and liturgical celebrations. The path offered aims to train our spiritual perception for an ever more intimate encounter with Christ.

Whether or not you are seeking to deepen your faith, this retreat is an opportunity to open yourself to Franciscan spirituality and allow Christ to shape your heart in his own image.
