Individual retreat
4 days of pause, to take stock before entering Advent.
A few quiet days at the end of the year
This retreat is a week to step aside and gain some perspective from daily life.
The idea is to take advantage of the abbey's setting and the surrounding nature to find yourself alone before God and to offer him our prayers, to speak to him simply, as a friend speaks to a friend.

Programme
Each day, you may follow the abbey's liturgy (Lauds at 7:30 a.m., Eucharist at noon, Vespers at 6:30 p.m. followed by adoration), with your participation in these times being entirely free.
In between, you may choose whatever feels right for you: reading, walks, rest, meeting a priest for confession, meeting a brother or sister from the community, visiting the surrounding area with its ponds
