Is he the one? Is she the one?
How do I discern before committing?
Keys to answering questions about choosing a future spouse.
The "Is he the one? Is she the one?" retreats are designed for couples who are hesitant to commit fully to marriage. The goal is to help each person discern whether they wish to move forward in their commitment, take a pause, or bring an end to a relationship that may not be able to go further.
This weekend is open to believers and non-believers who are in a relationship and wish to gain clarity on their journey toward a possible church wedding.
The speaker will revisit the steps involved in any major decision and the spiritual criteria for discernment needed at this stage of your life, to help you decide whether or not to continue on the path toward the sacrament of marriage. He will speak to the heart of conjugal love and address the obstacles that couples wishing to marry may encounter. He will also offer some reflection points for going deeper.
The retreat includes meals and times of silence to allow for deeper interiorization.
