Manager, what legacy do you want to leave?
For individuals, Christian or not, who are open to inner work and seeking to align their lives with their deepest aspirations. This retreat is not a course on management, but a space to reflect on how you live out your responsibilities and find the resources to move forward.
Stepping back from your role as a manager
What legacy do I want to leave with my team and the organization?
By choosing the kind of legacy I want to leave, I will come away from this retreat with a guiding thread for approaching, perhaps differently, the need for effectiveness, working conditions, relationships with some of my colleagues, with my own leadership, team management, organizational projects...
Led by Laurent Falque, member of CVX, co-founder of the Sens et Travail chair at ICAM de Lille, and author of works with Bernard Bougon, a Jesuit, on discernment in professional situations.

Programme
The journey will include
a review of several past decisions,
the clarification of your deepest desire as a manager
and a discernment exercise around an upcoming decision.
This journey will be enriched by management research on the legacy of leaders and managers, as well as philosophical and biblical meditations.
Practical information
Practical details
Bring a notebook and something to write with; you are also welcome to bring your Bible. Remember to pack walking shoes and gear to protect yourself from the sun, and also... from the rain! And to make the most of the gulf, come with your swimsuit!
Getting there
The nearest train station is Vannes. Every day except Sunday, bus number 4 runs between Vannes and Arradon. There remains 2 km on foot for walkers or those not burdened by too much luggage, by road or by coastal path. The center can pick up people at the bus stop in Arradon upon request. And of course you can arrive or leave by taxi.
N166 from Rennes, then exit at Vannes.
Go for it, Morbihan champion!
