Pierre Claverie, man of peace and friendship
A preached retreat by the sea to catch your breath and rekindle your hope with Blessed Pierre Claverie
The joy of believing in the heart of the storm
Through family correspondence and a few major texts, we will discover a joyful man who made people want to live, even in the most difficult situations. Through the crises of the Church and of Algeria, Blessed Pierre Claverie gave of himself without reserve, faithful to his calling, to his family, and to the Algerian people. Spending a few days in his presence will allow us to catch our breath and rekindle our hope.
The retreat is preached by Brother Bernard Senelle, a Dominican. Ordained by Bishop Claverie, Brother Bernard crossed paths with him in his ministry and remains marked by his joy of living and believing.
