Retreat "Feeling God: savoring God with all five senses", workshops and Vittoz initiation

Tasting the presence of God with your whole body

A discovery retreat to become more fully alive, to taste the presence and gifts of God in a way that lets His Heart speak to our heart.

A retreat co-led by a couple, a priest, the community, and friends of the Foyer: Vittoz initiation, meditations, workshops, prayer, and personalized accompaniment every day.

A retreat for those who are coming to faith and know nothing, and for those discouraged by sedentary work, fatigue, or any other reason.

For all adults aged 18 and over, alone or as a couple, who want to live their faith with their whole body: a first approach to faith, a need to pause after a trauma, or a boost when facing routine.

Programme

  • A guiding thread developed through teachings

  • Creative expression workshops (nature, painting...)

  • A daily meeting with a trained listener

  • Personal and communal prayer

  • Home-cooked meals, walks

  • As a bonus, the Vittoz method

A participant shares: "I took it all in! Like someone starving who devours every bite! Each offering, each moment brought me insight in one way or another. I was touched by everything that was given, from the simplest to the most elaborate."

Schedule

  • Arrival around 4:30 PM, start at 7 PM on the first day

  • End around 10 AM, after the sending-forth Mass, on the last day
