Retreat "Living the covenant with the Song of Songs" with Bishop de Bucy

Living the relationship with God as a love story

A six-day retreat, from Sunday, July 25 at 7 PM to Saturday, July 31 at 10 AM, with Bishop de Bucy, to find recollection and come to know the Song of Songs in all its dimensions.

The Song of Songs celebrates mutual love and desire, while symbolizing, in the Jewish and Christian traditions, the passionate covenant between God and humanity. Living this covenant through this text invites us to conceive the spiritual relationship as a living love story, grounded in mutual seeking, faithfulness, joy, and the freedom of commitment.

  • Two to three teachings per day

  • Daily Mass, Lauds, free adoration, rosary

  • Opportunity to meet with a priest (confession or conversation) or a lay person trained in listening and spiritual guidance
