Spiritual combat and disconnection
Disconnecting a little to become more free
A retreat to free myself, my freedom to give myself
Disconnecting from your phone and all screens for two days, dare you?
Is that enough to find inner freedom?
The Bible and the saints of Carmel show us that true disconnection is detachment from our idols. This is the combat of prayer and of our entire life, in the strength of the Spirit, humility, and perseverance. A few days to begin the experience and encourage one another along this path.

Programme
A balanced and peaceful rhythm in the heart of Provence:
Two talks are given each day, by Dorle Merchiers and Father Pierre de Cointet, both members of Notre-Dame de Vie.
Mass gathers us at the heart of the day, along with Lauds in the morning and Vespers in the evening.
Priests are available for the sacrament of reconciliation, and consecrated persons are on hand to welcome and listen.
The program allows time to pray, read, and meditate, to rest and walk in a peaceful setting.
The retreat benefits from silence, except during the first and last meals.
