Session led by Lucile Tixier, RNCP Level 6 Certified Coach and therapist specializing in stress management, emotional decoding and regulation, and family constellations. She leads personal development workshops combining pedagogy, somatic approaches, and emotional intelligence.

Programme

  • Weekend workshops: Saturday 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM, Sunday 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Each half-day follows the same structure: opening and safety, short educational input, somatic and emotional practice, integration, sharing, and closing

Practical information

  • Please bring comfortable clothing for the workshops, warm layers (altitude of 3,280 ft / 1,000 m), and indoor shoes for moving around Maison St Hugues.
  • Accommodation is provided by the Maison Diocésaine St Hugues, which can host 12 people in shared double rooms.
  • Meals are served on site, prepared by the Maison St Hugues team using local, fresh, and unprocessed organic ingredients, cooked by Robert, a certified ETP chef and facilitator.

Financial contribution:

Session fee: €190. Accommodation and meals, with solidarity, support, tent, shared room, or private room options: €60 to €170 depending on the options chosen.
