Weekend for couples: "Revitalizing love"
Open to all couples: dating or married
A weekend to nurture your relationship
Love requires care and time. Drawing on the Word of God and Nonviolent Communication, this weekend will offer pathways to revitalize love within a couple.
Nurturing love begins in our inner garden, strengthening self-love as the foundation of love in the relationship. It also takes courage to embrace our vulnerability and express our needs, rather than waiting for our partner to guess them, and learning to decode our partner's needs behind silence, criticism, or complaints…
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offers us keys to finding our way back to a nourishing understanding. Practical exercises as a couple will be offered alongside short theoretical input. The place of gratitude and forgiveness will also be explored.
