A time to allow yourself to encounter Christ by contemplating him in his humanity and public life, in order to know him better and grow in freedom as his follower. .

- This spiritual retreat given according to the pedagogy of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius is lived in silence and as a group.
- It includes alternating group time with instructions for prayer, brief teachings, and personal prayer and spiritual direction time.
- Life at the Center is structured around times of communal prayer, Lauds and the Eucharist.
Bring a notebook and something to write with. You can also bring your Bible.
Remember to bring walking shoes, sun protection equipment but also… rain gear!
And to fully enjoy the gulf, bring your swimsuit!
