Burnout: how to bounce back?

How to move forward after burnout?

For several months you have been experiencing burnout: continuous stress, work overload has led you to professional exhaustion, you can no longer invest yourself in work, loss of self-esteem makes you see everything negatively, you experience relationships with your colleagues with great tension, and this also has repercussions on your family life.

You may even be on sick leave.

This ordeal is lasting...

This session can help you shed light by reviewing your life.

    • How did I get here, what pushed me to where I am?
    • What are the mechanisms that bind me?
    • But also what inner strengths can I rely on: becoming aware of them again.
    • How do I position myself in my relationship with myself, with others, and perhaps with God?
    • How do I recharge?
    • How do I envision tomorrow?

    • The "Professional Life" sector sessions at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of review, discernment, listening to the other, to oneself, and to the word of God.

    • It is not about receiving teachings, but about learning to use our personal resources more fully to choose in freedom.

    • Each session is experienced in a small group of about 8 people.

    • The atmosphere of silence helps to respect each person's journey, to settle down, to rest.

    • The session alternates between times of personal reflection, times of sharing in a group, and free time to walk in nature.

    • You benefit from daily personal guidance.

    • A biblical text offered for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each stage.

    • The life of the Center is structured by times of communal prayer, Lauds and the Eucharist.

Bring a notebook and something to write with, you can also bring your Bible.

Remember to bring walking shoes, your equipment to protect from the sun but also... from the rain!

And to fully enjoy the bay, come with your swimsuit!
