"I live, yet no longer I, but Christ lives in me" (Galatians 2:20)
This retreat invites you to enter into familiarity with the life of Christ to be nourished by it, following the example of St. Paul.
A retreat in silence, following the school of Bérulle to contemplate "the word of life" (John 1) that comes through the humanity of Christ, and allow his Spirit to renew our own.
- A silent retreat, conducive to an interior encounter with Christ
- Teachings on the humanity of Christ to grow in "familiarity"
- Times of prayer and liturgy to taste the peace and presence of God
- A peaceful and verdant setting at La Roche du Theil, in the heart of Brittany

Program:
- To contemplate "the humanity of Christ" is to enter into the depths of his mystery, the mystery of his living relationship with his Father. As servant of God's plan, Jesus reveals him to be close to every human being, a world often complex, but loved by God with an unconditional love.
- In the tradition of the French School of Spirituality, this contemplation is not primarily an intellectual exercise, but a way of life. It involves examining the wellsprings of Jesus' interior life, to allow his Spirit to renew the grace of our baptism.
- Day by day, silence opens an interior space to welcome Christ: son, servant, worshiper of the Father. We will learn to contemplate each attitude of Jesus as an invitation to renew in ourselves his Spirit of life (cf. 2 Corinthians 4:16).
- Led by Father François Picart, we will journey following the school of Pierre de Bérulle and the spirituality of the Incarnation: entering into familiarity with Jesus, servant of God's plan, to allow ourselves to be inhabited by the Spirit of vitality that awakens our own interior life.
