Discern your vocation with the Benedictines and the Servants of the Poor!
This discernment retreat is designed for students and young professionals who wish to take time in God's presence to reflect on their vocation. To discover more about consecrated life, both contemplative and apostolic.
The retreat will be led by Don Emmanuel Rousselin, priest of the Community of Saint Martin, in collaboration with:
- the Benedictine sisters of Notre-Dame de Wisques Abbey
- the Servants of the Poor sisters of Denain
Each community respectively representing contemplative consecrated life and apostolic consecrated life!

Program
- Personal prayer
- Liturgical offices
- Teachings by a priest and religious sisters
- Manual work with the nuns
- 'Recreation' times!... and many good moments shared together!
Practical information
The retreat begins on Thursday, May 1st with Mass at 9:45 AM and ends on Sunday, May 4th around 6:00 PM.
However, it is possible to arrive only on Friday, May 2nd in the evening.
Meals are served on site in the guests' dining room
Retreatants are asked to bring, if possible:
- A sleeping bag
- A pair of sheets and personal toiletries
- A Bible, a missal and something to take notes with
The contribution to expenses is free-will, according to each person's means.
