Would you like to spend this great week of the year away from the concerns of daily life, and live it to the fullest?
Living Holy Week on retreat allows you to immerse yourself in it completely and experience the liturgical offices as you never have before.
From Holy Thursday onward, we are plunged into the heart of the Christian faith, following Jesus closely through his Last Supper, his Passion, and his Resurrection.
You are welcome to arrive on Holy Thursday at 6:00 PM to experience the Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday) at Courset.
- There will be two talks per day, given by Father Jean-Noël Dol, along with morning prayer, Mass, the rosary, and evening prayer, all led by the community.
- Feel free to bring your musical instrument if you play one.
- Between each time of teaching or prayer, there will be free time for rest, personal prayer, and reflection, as well as the opportunity to meet with a priest or a member of the community.
- The retreat takes place in silence, except on Monday, the day of arrival, and on Easter Sunday, with meals accompanied by music. Silence opens the way for a true encounter with God and with oneself.
What to bring: sheets or a sleeping bag and pillowcase, a Bible, sneakers or walking shoes to enjoy the country paths.
Contribution to expenses
You will be invited to contribute to the cost of your stay, freely and in good conscience.
Each person is free to give whatever covers their costs, less, or more, according to their means.
If you are going through a temporarily difficult situation, payments can also be deferred.
