Preparing your heart for Easter
- During these holy days, we will enter into the mystery of the Passion, death and resurrection of Jesus.
- We will follow him step by step through these final days, contemplating his Heart, burning with infinite love for his Father and for each one of us.
- God's love is not a distant or abstract love, but a concrete love that goes all the way, even to the Cross.
- By following Christ step by step, we will discover how strong his love is, capable of overcoming hatred, sin and death.
- Through silence, prayer and liturgy, we will learn to receive this immense gift: a love that is both human and divine, transforming our hearts and making us capable of loving in turn.
This retreat is a true personal journey, supported by the community's prayer.
It is designed to be experienced in its entirety (6 or 4 days, depending on what you have chosen), in order to fully benefit from the pedagogy specific to Foyer de Charité retreats.
Each day, two teachings are offered by the preacher, Father Jean-Michel AMOURIAUX, to nourish reflection and support prayer.
The rest of the day is lived in silence, conducive to rest, relaxation, interiority and encounter with God.
Listening and personal guidance are offered to those who wish.
