A 6-day spiritual retreat
What if we took the time to cast off the moorings and dive into the vast ocean of our emotions?
This retreat, titled "Jonah: Navigating emotions," invites us to follow the prophet Jonah in his inner and spiritual adventure.
This little book of the Old Testament, often overlooked, tells much more than a story about a whale: it's the account of a man on the run, angry, overwhelmed… a deeply human man who so much resembles us!

Through prayer, the Word, silence, and fraternal life, we will learn to welcome our emotions, fear, anger, sadness, joy, not as obstacles, but as pathways through which God speaks to us and meets us.
Together, we will let Christ illuminate these turbulent areas that dwell in our hearts, to rediscover peace and trust.
