Caring for your body and soul
- Rediscovering this harmony is the invitation we offer you to experience this weekend through teachings to better understand Hildegard's spirituality.
- Understanding how to care for your body through healthy nutrition and care for your soul through listening to the spirit.
- Workshop sessions will help you better situate yourself in the present moment, which is also one of the keys to joy.

Speakers:
- Edith Le Tanneur, married and mother of three children, trained in horticulture, former cut flower producer and trainer.
- Father Patrick Sempère and the community of Bassac Abbey.
Edith Le Tanneur was a cut flower producer, while discovering permaculture.
In 2013 she joined an ESAT and supervised people with disabilities in the landscaping section and then as greenhouse managers.
In 2017 she earned her REESS diploma (Manager of Social and Solidarity Economy Establishments) and is currently a trainer in edible gardens.
Her spiritual convictions and her knowledge of food plants brought her closer to the teaching of Hildegard of Bingen, an experience she wishes to share.
