A five-step journey

Each day, an interior posture will guide us step by step.
- Welcoming — opening yourself to Christ's presence and to what is, without judgment.
- Listening — hearing the Word, others, and the gentle voice of the Spirit.
- Observing — taking a compassionate look at your life, your emotions and your ways of loving.
- Giving — allowing what you receive to flow, being a gift for others.
- Forgiving — freeing yourself from the past and entering into peace of heart.
Throughout the days, personal discovery workshops will help you:
- identify your qualities, values and talents,
- recognize the unique way God works through you,
- experience greater interior unity.
Individual meetings will be offered to accompany each person in their personal journey.
Times of prayer, meditation and praise will nourish the common spiritual life, in an atmosphere of simplicity, fraternity and joy.
- Lauds at 8:30 AM
- Vespers at 6:40 PM
- Mass on weekdays at 11:30 AM daily
- Mass on Sunday at 11:00 AM
- Meeting and confession with a priest by appointment

Practical information
- If you have dietary requirements, please specify them when registering so the kitchen can accommodate them.
- Sheets and towels are provided by the center and placed on your bed.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.
- Bring your Bible (if you have one), notebook and pen.
- The 12-hectare park, library, and lounge are available to all retreatants
Getting there
- By car from Redon: direction La Gacilly then La Roche du Theil (La Roche du Theil - Google Maps)
- By train: Redon TGV station – The station is 6 minutes from the center. Taxi available.
- Upon arrival, check in at reception to collect your key.
Financial participation
- Contribution to expenses: 4 days / €520 (tourist tax not included)
- The retreat price includes accommodation, meals, the meeting room and the retreat leader.
- To confirm your registration, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the retreat amount. In case of cancellation, any amount paid to the Center remains with the Center except in case of cancellation by the Center.
The participation amount should not be a barrier. If you have financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
