Each day, an inner posture will guide us step by step.
- Welcoming — opening ourselves to Christ's presence and to what is, without judgment.
- Listening — hearing the Word, others, and the quiet voice of the Spirit.
- Observing — taking a compassionate look at our life, our emotions and our ways of loving.
- Giving — letting what we receive flow through us, becoming a gift for others.
- Forgiving — freeing ourselves from the past and entering into peace of heart.
Throughout the days, personal discovery workshops will help you:
- identify your qualities, values and talents,
- recognize the unique way God works through you,
- experience a greater inner unity.
Individual meetings will be offered to accompany each person in their personal journey.
Times of prayer, meditation and praise will nourish our shared spiritual life, in an atmosphere of simplicity, fellowship and joy.

- Meeting and confession with a priest by appointment

Practical information
- If you have a special diet, please mention it when registering so the kitchen can accommodate it.
- Sheets and towels are provided by the center and placed on your bed.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.
- Bring your Bible (if you have one), notebook and pen.
- The 12-hectare park, library, and lounge are available to all retreatants
Getting here
- By car from Redon: direction La Gacilly then La Roche du Theil (La Roche du Theil - Google Maps)
- By train: Redon TGV station – The station is 6 minutes from the center. Taxi available.
- Upon arrival, check in at reception to pick up your key.
Pricing
- Contribution to expenses: 4 days / €520 (tourist tax not included)
- The retreat price includes accommodation, meals, room and speaker.
- To confirm your registration, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the retreat amount. In case of cancellation, all amounts paid to the Center remain the property of the Center except in case of cancellation by the Center.
The amount of the contribution should not be a barrier. If you have financial difficulties, please feel free to contact us.
