This retreat invites you to take time to reflect on your story, to strengthen your relationship and to let Christ dwell in your commitment.
Because a "Yes" is rooted as much in the heart as in the conscience, this weekend will help you better prepare for marriage.

Marriage is not just a milestone, it is a call to build a communion of life. Saying "Yes" is not limited to a moment on the wedding day: it is a promise for each day, to be renewed, strengthened, and understood.
This retreat offers you a weekend of pause and discernment, in the peaceful and welcoming setting of La Roche du Theil, to embrace all dimensions of your commitment:
- spiritual, by rediscovering God's presence in your relationship;
- human, by exploring your ways of loving, communicating and navigating differences;
- communal, by sharing with other couples on the journey.
Between teachings, times of prayer, couple moments and guidance, you will be invited to
- revisit the foundations of your love,
- put words to your desires, fears and strengths,
- open your relationship to the grace of sacramental marriage.
A journey both intimate and profound, to say a "Yes" that is conscious, confident and rooted in a living faith.

Practical information
- If you have any dietary requirements, please specify them during registration so the kitchen can accommodate them.
- Sheets and towels are provided by the center and placed on your bed.
- Wifi is available throughout the facility.
- Bring your Bible (if you have one), notebook and pen.
- The 12-hectare park, library, and lounge are available to all retreatants
Getting here
- By car from Redon: direction La Gacilly then La Roche du Theil (La Roche du Theil - Google Maps)
- By train: TGV station at Redon, the station is 6 minutes from the center. Taxi available.
- Upon arrival, report to reception to collect your key.
Pricing
- Contribution to expenses: €166 (tourist tax not included)
- The retreat price includes accommodation, meals, the room and the speaker.
- To confirm your registration, you will be asked for a deposit of 30% of the retreat amount. In case of cancellation, all sums paid to the Center remain the property of the Center except in case of cancellation by the Center.
The amount of the contribution should not be a barrier. If you have financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
